Hi there! My light gray-green eyes and beautiful silver coat definitely make me stand out. My foster mom tells me all the time how handsome I am and what a good boy I am… and honestly, I believe her ❤️
I still have that fun, playful puppy energy—but I’m also learning how to settle down quickly. I take treats nicely, love a good PB Kong (I go straight for it every time!), and I’ve mastered the classic Lab skill of “de-stuffing” toys 😄 I’ll also give up my Nylabone when asked—see, I’m a pretty good listener!
I’m learning the ropes of being the best Lab I can be from my buddy Max, a fellow MLRR alum who lives with my foster mom. Having a dog friend has been so helpful for me!
Oh—and I’ve met a cat too! I think they’re pretty interesting, so we’re still figuring that out with some supervision to help me succeed.
I’m still getting the hang of being left alone and, if I’m being honest, I’m not the biggest fan of the crate—I may have shown off a few “escape artist” skills 😅 Because of that, I’d do best with a family who is home more often as I continue to settle in and build my confidence.
My story? I was surrendered when my family’s work schedule changed and they didn’t have time for me anymore. That was really confusing for me, but thankfully MLRR said “yes” and gave me a second chance. Now I know my forever family is out there—and I can’t wait to meet them ❤️
