Hi there! My name’s Peter Pan—fitting, right? I was once a “lost boy” at a Georgia shelter, but some amazing humans believed in me and sent me up north to Chicagoland.
Now I’m thriving with my foster family, which includes an older dog, two chill cats, and a whole fan club of visiting friends and neighbors.
My foster mom says I’m practically perfect—completely potty trained, friendly with dogs and cats, great on a leash, and picking up basic commands like a pro. I’ve got striking green eyes, a sleek chocolate coat, and a cool reddish-brown stripe down my back that really makes me stand out.
I’m a lover, not a retriever—unless what you're throwing is a milk bone. 😉 I may not fetch, but I’m a champion snuggler. Wherever you go, I’ll follow, and if you sit down, expect my head to be in your lap. When I get the zoomies, my high-flying jumps and goofy moves will definitely keep you laughing.
I’m not destructive, don’t need a crate, and have zero resource guarding issues—I’m happy to share mealtime with other dogs. After a bit of whining when left alone, I settle down for a nice nap like the good boy I am.
