Adopted!
Hello, I'm Nick. I'm about 11 months old. I love to play in the yard with my foster family. My favorite toys so far are my rope toy, large yard ball and tennis balls. I also love to chew on my Kong and chew bone. I love all treats and my foster family gives me lots while I practice my training. I am still learning to not put my mouth on people when I greet them...I clearly still think I'm a puppy. I am also learning about how to use the staircase and how to walk on a leash. All things around the house seem new to me - like brooms and vacuum cleaners - I'm still getting used to them and very curious about them!
I sleep quietly in my crate at night, although I still don't love to go in it. I do love car rides and jump right in when it's time to go anywhere. And I am potty trained!
Though I have learned so much about good manners while I have been here, my foster family thinks I may still need further training on my greetings and basic commands – things I was never taught before. But I am a smart boy and learn quickly!
