Hi, my name is Georgia! I’m a 15-month-old, 45-pound black beauty with a gentle heart and so much love to give. Life hasn’t always been easy for me, but with the help of my amazing foster mom and some patient, kind humans, I’m learning to trust again—and it feels pretty great.
I’m a bit shy at first and it takes me a little time to warm up, but once I do, I’ll be your most loyal, loving companion. My foster mom says I’m the sweetest foster she’s ever had. We’ve been working together to build my confidence, and I’ve already made big progress! Having doggy foster siblings really helps—I love having friends to play and learn from.
I enjoy short walks, running around the backyard, and playing with my favorite rubber chew toys. But my absolute favorite place? Curled up on the couch, snuggled next to my human, soaking up all the love and belly rubs. I’ve visited this place called “the office” with my foster mom, and while the car and new places still make me a little nervous, I’m trying! Honestly, I think I’m more of a homebody at heart.
I’m crate-trained, working on my basic manners, and I’m very food motivated (French fries are my weakness! With a patient, loving family who will give me time to feel safe, I know I’ll blossom into the amazing dog I’m meant to be.
