Hailing from a home in Indiana, where my owner had to give me up as his work hours extended, I am as sweet and gentle as they come. I love every single human that I meet, running up for pets and greetings while keeping four on the floor. I am also great with both dogs and cats, although given the choice, I’d rather hang out with you!
I have been told I’m a very handsome boy, with my soft, jet-black fur and long legs. And if that helps me snag an extra treat or two… well I’m all for that! I do not have an aggressive bone in my body; in fact, if I hear a loud noise or another dog growls at me, I will be hiding out behind your body, peeking around until the danger has passed.
I’m a joy-filled goofball who loves a quick wrestling match or a soft toy. I’ll hang my paw over your arm when you’re giving me pets in case you were thinking about stopping. A few short walks a day (I’m great on a leash!) and some snuggle time are all I require. And I can be left alone without chewing up any of your favorite things. I need daily medication to control seizures but I haven’t had one in a very long time and I’m great about taking my meds (especially if you have some deli meat or a hot dog to sweeten the deal)! I’m also up to date on all my shots and vet visits.
