Hi there! My name is Angel, and I think you’ll agree… it’s a pretty appropriate name for me.
I traveled up from Missouri and am settling in so well at my foster home. I get along great with the resident dog and cats, and I’m so excited to meet neighbors and friends. I greet everyone with wags and kisses, but I’m great at keeping all four paws on the floor.
I love a car ride, sit like a perfect lady for treats, and respond immediately when you call my name! I am happy to sleep with you on the bed, but I’m just fine on a couch or dog bed as well, sleeping peacefully through the night.
I love chew bones and stuffies and will bring them right back when you throw them to me, although I don’t have a lot of interest in fetching a ball. I’d love a yard to explore but would also be happy with a few walks a day.
Although I get along great with other dogs, I’d also be fine as an only girl, soaking up all the attention like the princess I am. My foster mom leaves me alone, uncrated, and I just take a nap or watch the squirrels in the yard. Speaking of squirrels… I admit I’m a bit obsessed, so a harness and some leash training might be in order 😊
