Meet Tottie – A Sweet, Spirited Companion Ready to Steal Your Heart!
Hi, my name is Tottie! I’m a pup with a personality as delightful and dynamic as a perfectly balanced dessert—sweet, tart, and just a little bit nutty. My foster mom says I bring joy to every day, and honestly, I think she's right! I may have some years behind me, but I’ve got the energy and playfulness of a young dog. I’m always the first one down the stairs when it's walk time, and I love to explore the world around me with enthusiasm and curiosity.
Before coming to my foster home, I lived with a loving couple in Tennessee. I was especially close with my dad, who sadly passed away. His wife made the difficult decision to let me go, possibly because I reminded her too much of him. Since arriving in my new foster home, though, I’ve brought happiness and laughter to everyone I meet—just like I always have.
I’m wonderfully social and love meeting new people and furry friends. I greet each person with a paw, kisses, and my full attention. I get along with dogs of all sizes, cats, and even bunnies! I’m especially gentle with my foster sibling who has special needs, showing great sensitivity and care. I met all the animals in my foster home on my first night here, and we were sharing dog beds by morning!
I have excellent manners: I’m house-trained, great on a leash, and don’t chew, beg, or counter-surf. I can be left alone outside of a crate without any issues and will patiently wait by the door when I need to go out. I adore toys—especially when I can toss them around or roll on my back and try to catch my tail. I also love bones, treats, and cuddling up during Zoom calls or movie nights.
From the shelter to the transport team to my foster family, everyone has fallen in love with me! With my sweet personality, intelligence, and zest for life, I’m ready for my next adventure. Come meet me—you’ll understand why everyone says I’m impossible not to love.
