Hey there! My name is Peanut 🥜—but fair warning, you might end up calling me “Reese’s” because I’m the sweetest mix of chocolate and peanut goodness you’ll ever meet!
I’m a young pup who was rescued from the streets of Paducah, but it’s clear I had some good training along the way—I’ve got some nice manners already! I’m great on a leash (though if I spot something exciting, you might want to hang on tight!), and I love all the best things in life: food (did I mention food?), long walks, playing fetch, and zooming around the yard with my foster brother.
When I arrived, I was a little on the skinny side, but I’m working very hard to fix that—one meal (or snack!) at a time. I also love car rides and am always ready for an adventure. Sometimes I get a little chatty when I see people or other animals out the window, but I settle down quickly when reminded.
I’ve got lots of happy, playful energy and would love a home with another dog and/or kids to help me burn it off. And once I’m done playing? I crash hard and sleep like a baby—through the night and even during the day.
I’m fully potty trained and very trustworthy if you need to leave me alone for a bit—I always keep things tidy. I’m happiest curled up on a soft, cozy couch or bed, but honestly, I can make myself comfortable just about anywhere.
