I’m a gentle, sweet girl who is looking for a calm, loving home where I can feel safe and grow in confidence. I have a quiet nature and a soft heart, and once I feel comfortable, I love simply being near my person.
I enjoy the simple things in life—peaceful walks, cozy car rides, and relaxing in the same room as you while you go about your day. When we walk together, I stay right by your side and never pull on the leash. At home, I’m a very easy companion. I’m quiet, well-mannered, and happiest curled up on a rug nearby, keeping you company.
I can be a little shy when meeting new people, so I do best with patient, kind humans who will let me settle in at my own pace. Because of my gentle and sensitive personality, a peaceful home without super young children would help me feel my best. I have not been around dogs since I have been in foster but I think I might be ok with an equally relaxed and easy-going dog who would give me some space but also show me the ropes. With time, kindness, and consistency, I continue to blossom and show more of my sweet personality every day.
One of my favorite things is greeting you when you come home. I also enjoy gentle pets on my head and back, and soft brushing makes me feel especially cared for. I’m not much for toys, but I do love treats—and I take them very politely from your hand.
Back in December, I became a mama to two puppies, Gumbo and Stella. They’re both doing wonderfully, and now it’s my turn to find a home of my own where I can shine. With a loving family and a patient heart, I know I will continue to grow into the wonderful companion I’m meant to be.
And one little fun fact about me—when I fall asleep near you, I snore like a tiny freight train. 🚂💤 It’s surprisingly loud for such a gentle girl, but most people say it’s adorable and comforting.
