Adopted!
Hi! I'm Logan and I am the exact playful pup you've been waiting for! I was rescued by MLRR and thank goodness I was - they literally SAVED MY LIFE!
Shortly after I was rescued, I was diagnosed with Parvo. I was hospitalized for a few days, and I've been on my road to recovery for the last few weeks. I'm doing really great and if you look at me now, you'd never know I was sick - I'm even gaining some weight!
I know the word Parvovirus sounds scary, but the worst is over, and I'm expected to live a normal dog life! One thing you should know about parvovirus is that it is highly contagious so I can't be around other dogs until the vet clears me. That doesn't mean you can't adopt me if you have other dogs, it just means that I need to be isolated. My foster mom has two dogs and is able to safely isolate me from them which means I get my own toys, and the front yard and basement all to myself!!!
It might sound bad but being in isolation means that I've gotten really good at certain things like being in my crate, and not barking or chasing dogs that are walking past (my foster fur-brother does that and it's so annoying!)
I really like to cuddle, too! I do this thing that melts my foster mom's heart where I hug her forearm and snuggle her chin and neck. I would love to show you all the snuggles and love I can give if you'll give me a shot. What do you say, do you want to set up a date to meet?
