Through our Memorial Donation Program, you can celebrate the life of a cherished dog—or a dog lover—whether they were part of our rescue family or a beloved companion of a friend, family member, or fellow dog lover. A donation in their name is a beautiful and lasting way to show your love and respect, while also supporting the dogs in our care who are waiting for their forever homes.

How It Works

Making a memorial donation is simple. You can contribute online or by mail, and in return, we will send a thoughtful certificate to you or the person of your choosing. This certificate acknowledges the donation made in honor of a special dog or dog lover who has passed. All you need to do is send us an email with the details (the dog's or human’s name, your contact info, and where you'd like the certificate to be sent) at mail@mlrr.org, and we’ll take care of the rest. The recipient will receive a beautiful card honoring the memory and the love that continues to surround them.
