Available to Adopt!
Hi everyone! My name is Fish, and I traveled a long way from Texas to find my forever home.
I’m just past my first birthday, so I’m still very much a puppy. Before moving in with my foster dad, no one had really taught me much—but now I’m learning new things every day! Stairs were a bit scary at first (especially going down), but now I zoom up and down like a pro. I’ve also learned that crates aren’t so bad. I sleep through the night in a cozy one, and during the day I sometimes hang out in a bigger crate with some treats. I’ve even stayed home alone for short stretches and done great!
I’m working hard on my manners—like sitting for treats, waiting patiently, and going potty outside (which I’m really getting the hang of!). I’m also learning to walk nicely on a leash. Sometimes I get a little talkative when I see other dogs on walks, but once we meet, I love to play with them!
I’m a fast learner, but I still have a lot to learn. I’ll thrive in a home with someone who’s patient and committed to continuing my training.
If you’re looking for a soft, snuggly, playful pup who loves hugs, belly rubs, and peanut butter, I just might be your guy!
