Hi everyone!
My name is Diva, and I just celebrated my 5-month birthday! 🎉 I’m the sweetest girl and absolutely loving life in my foster home.
I love playing with the big dogs here and have so much fun running around with them. I also try to play with the cats—they don’t like me yet, but I keep play-bowing at them, hoping they’ll come around! I don’t want to chase them or hurt them—I just don’t understand why they won’t play with me!
At night, I sleep peacefully in my crate, and while I can definitely get excited, I’m actually pretty calm for a puppy. My foster mom is always impressed by how sweet and well-behaved I am.
I’m also doing great on leash and very food motivated. I’ll sit right away when you offer me a cookie! While I’m still learning, I’ve moved past the messy puppy stage and—with a little guidance—I’m ready to grow into the best big girl ever.
I’ll be available for adoption starting Saturday, 9/6! I’m in a special foster home outside of the Chicago area, but MLRR has lots of amazing fosters—some of them live out of town like my foster mom. So, I’m headed your way this Saturday and would love to go straight into a forever home... if you’ll have me! 💛
