Hi! I’m Dale! I came to MLRR from a farm with my brother and littermate, Tucker. We liked where we lived but unfortunately we didn’t get along with the chickens so our family had to find us a new home.
While I’m only 10 months old, I know basic commands like sit, come, and lay down. When I’m doing something naughty, like counter surfing, all my foster mom has to say is “Dale” slowly and in a low voice and I come and lie down. I’m not trying to be naughty, I’m just super curious about everything! I’m working on not getting so excited and jumping when my foster mom is putting my food out, but what can I say, I’m a Lab and I LOVE food!
I am súper snuggly and my favorite place to be is with humans and my foster brothers. I like snuggling up on the couch, or on the dog bed, and my favorite place to curl up is right on my foster dad’s lap! He always tells me that I’m a sweet boy. The main things I need to work on are leash walking, and counter surfing. Other than that, I’m the perfect boy.
