Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Balto and trust me, once you meet me, you won't even need to meet any other dogs! I am a Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Labrador mix from Arkansas. Besides my golden eyes and rainbow brown coat, I have a head that will fit perfectly in your lap!
I get along well with other dogs and I LOVE people. But squirrels are my sworn enemies! My goal in life is to keep them where they belong - up in a tree!
My two most favorite things are long walks and playing ball. Wait, make that three favorite things because I also like to sleep on the couch. Oh, I also love bully sticks. WAIT! I cannot forget to mention that I love to follow my family around the house! You get the idea - I just like everything!
I think I would be best with a family. Let me tell you why - there would be so many people to love and play with me! And, I do have lots of energy because I'm just a 55-pound puppy at heart. While a fenced yard would be great, it's not a deal breaker.
