Role Description - Design Coordinator

The primary purpose of the Design Coordinator’s role is to uphold MLRR's overall image and branding. The ideal candidate has a positive energy and works well in a team environment.  Estimated commitment is 10-15 hours per month.

The Design Coordinator will:

• Manage foster dog adoption profiles, including collecting quality images of labs, reviewing foster dog bios for spelling, grammar, accuracy and overall appeal to adopters.
• Confirm lab's readiness for adoption with appropriate coordinators; create adoption profile email and distribute to MLRR adopter base; communicate with Marketing Coordinator to ensure adoptable dogs are posted on social media.
• Assist coordinators and volunteers to ensure they have necessary supplies of MLRR printed materials.
• Annually during late summer / early fall - collect photos for and create annual MLRR calendar.  Manage calendar inventory and process and ship orders.  
• Attend Coordinator meetings
• Submit monthly reports to Board
