First up for XXX is the XXX family. I’m attaching their application and home visit report for you to view. Please give them a call to discuss your foster dog. If both parties think it’s a good fit, please set up a day/time to meet.

Please let me know if you schedule a day/time so I can make note of it.

If everyone agrees that it’s a love connection, the family can take XXX home the same day. Please have them submit the Adoption Agreement and pay the adoption fee via their mobile device BEFORE they leave with your foster: https://mlrr.org/pages/adoption-agreement
