Around the house, I’m medium energy and enjoy long naps—especially if they’re next to my foster mom. She even lets me sleep in the bed with her! I’m quiet all night and, if you’ll let me, I’m happy to sleep in a little too. 💤
My story had a bit of a rough beginning. When I arrived at my foster home, I was recovering from kennel cough, ear infections, and my spay surgery. Thankfully, I’m feeling healthy again... and wow, do I feel better! 🌟
I absolutely LOVE going for walks, exploring new places, and sniffing everything along the way. I do get excited, so I may bark a little, pull a bit on my leash, and squirrels are just way too tempting to ignore! 🐿️ Dogs running around off leash also get me pretty excited! A home with a family who goes on lots of walking adventures or has a fenced backyard where I can safely run and explore would make me one very happy girl. 🌳
I’m potty trained and my foster family trusts me with free roam of the house when they’re away because I don’t chew on things, and I’m not possessive of my toys or food. I take treats very gently, ride nicely in the car, and love chasing tennis balls... although I should probably mention that bringing them back isn’t really my specialty! 🎾😂
One thing you’ll want to know: when it’s time to go outside, I get SO excited that I’ll try to squeeze through an open door or scoot past you to be first outside. I’m just eager for my next adventure! 🐕💨
I enjoy other dogs, although my foster family isn’t sure how I feel about cats yet. 🐶🐱
