Hi, I’m Shale! 🐾
I’m a big-pawed, big-hearted goofball with a very silly personality who’s ready to find my forever snuggle buddy! I absolutely love going on long walks and I’m excellent on a leash (seriously, it’s one of my best skills). I get along great with both dogs and cats, the more friends, the merrier! I haven’t met any kids yet, but I’m a gentle guy who just wants to be loved. My foster thinks I could stand to gain a couple of pounds and that means more snacks for me and I am here for it!
When I’m not out exploring, you’ll find me curled up with my person, snoozing through the night, or rolling over for some good old-fashioned belly rubs. I’m a total peanut butter connoisseur — PB Kongs are my favorite treat! I also have a soft spot for my stuffie animal babies, and I like to settle in for a good scary movie night (I’ll protect you from the monsters, promise!).
I’d probably do best with another dog friend to keep me company or with someone who’s home more often than not as I really enjoy being part of the action and am just the most social guy.
I’ve got the looks (wait till you see these paws!), the love, and the silliness to keep you smiling every day. I can't wait to meet my forever people!
