Hi, I’m Roscoe! I am about 8 years old and a little 63# guy! I’m a super friendly, easygoing guy who loves everyone I meet—kids, adults, and dogs of all sizes. There’s really no one I don’t want to say hello to, and I always greet my friends with a warm welcome. I have great indoor manners: I don’t jump on counters, I don’t bark at the doorbell, and I sleep quietly all night at the foot of the bed. During mealtimes I rest calmly, and when you’re cooking, I’m happy to lay right at your feet.
I walk nicely on a leash, do well in the car, and I’m crate trained. I enjoy tennis balls (even if I don’t really play fetch), love being in the water, and hiking is one of my favorite things. I’m truly an all-around fabulous dog!
I should also mention that I have heartworm... but MLRR is covering the cost of my heartworm treatment with an amazing partner in Naperville, so I’m in great hands while I get healthy and almost ready for my forever home. 🐾
