Hi! I’m Arya, a 55-pound sweetheart who is supposedly 8 years old… although I’m not totally convinced. I personally identify more as a 6-year-old. 😄
I LOVE everyone. Seriously. Humans, furry foster siblings, new friends—you name it. My tail basically never stops wagging, and I might be one of the happiest dogs you’ll ever meet. 💛 I even met cats at the shelter, and they said I did great with them!
I’m the perfect mix of chill and classic Labby energy. I’m happy to curl up on a cozy blanket next to your bed and sleep soundly, but when it’s time for a walk or playtime, I’m ready to GO!
I ride nicely in the car and I’m a very good girl on walks. I think leash walking might be a little new to me, but I’m learning quickly. I’m not reactive, I don’t dart after squirrels, and I’m just happy to be out exploring with my person.
My foster mom says I don’t jump up on the furniture…but between you and me, I’d gladly accept an invitation if that’s allowed at your house. 😉
I should probably also mention that I may be an actual piece of Velcro. If you move, I move. If you go into another room, I’m coming too. I am completely in love with every person I meet and just want to be wherever you are.
I’m still settling in, so more about me is coming soon—but I’m already making it very clear that I am one incredibly special girl. 🐶💛
