Available to Adopt!
Hi! I'm Elsa and I am ready to meet you.
Being from an out of state breeder, I haven't really had much experience living in a home. However, I am learning fast. I am a little hesitant around new people, but I warm up quickly, especially if there is another dog to play with. Not trying to brag but my foster family is constantly petting me so I stay near them at all times. I even learned how to get up onto the sofa. I am so comfy sleeping with my foster Dad and the other dog. It's awesome and my foster home has given me a place to gain my confidence and grow.
Like all puppies, I still need some training. Good news is I am treat motivated so you will have my attention. I can sleep in a crate at night in the bedroom. I get a little barky if left alone in the crate with no one around. I would rather be out of the crate for sure, but only when you trust I won't chew things. Soft toys don’t last long, but Benebones and bully sticks are GREAT!
Outside, I need to be in a fenced yard until I understand about recall. I like to play in the kiddie pool and sometimes chase the tennis ball. I have been out on some walks, but I like to head home whenever possible as a lot of things out there make me unsure. I am getting so much better on walks with my current foster family.
Mom and dad take me outside frequently so that I understand that outside is for potty time. That hasn’t quite sunk in yet.
So if you are looking for a Lab to love on and play with, please come meet me! I would love to meet you and show you that I am a fast learner.
