Hi, I’m Willow! 🌸

I’m a sweet, loving girl who’s ready to find my forever family. I’m fully house-trained and very well-mannered indoors. I adore my foster humans and love spending time with people, especially when treats are involved!

I’m a smart pup with a happy, puppy-like personality and lots of enthusiasm for life. I’m food-motivated, enjoy chew toys, and love tossing stuffed toys in the air to entertain myself. I sleep quietly in my crate at night and do great with a bedtime routine.

I have a strong nose and a big love for exploring! I really enjoy running in a field on a long lead and sniffing out all the interesting smells, especially birds and small critters. I seem to have had some hunting experience in the past, and my heart definitely belongs to tracking scents and watching for movement.

On leash, I can be enthusiastic and will need a confident person who can help guide me as I continue learning better leash manners. I do get excited when my people are excited, but overall I’m a fairly quiet girl.

I haven’t met a person I don’t enjoy. I’m interested in other dogs and seem happy to see them, but I have not met a cat yet!  I’m a little unsure about the kitchen for some reason, but with patience and love I continue to grow more confident every day.

I’m currently gaining a little weight, but my vet says I’m healthy. I also had some hot spots that are healing nicely and looking much better now.
