Adopted!
Likes: People, people and more people! Playing with toys, a quick chase of squirrels, following you around everywhere, belly rubs.
Dislikes: Being away from her people and not having a forever home!
Hi, Roxie here. Let me introduce myself. I am a 2-year-old yellow Lab that was rescued by MLRR from Indiana. I had just had surgery when I arrived as I had been a breed momma. I have fully recovered and am feeling fine. There has been so much that I am learning – from toys to noises, riding in a car to visiting the neighborhood pet store. I loved all of the smells and people that I encountered there.
I am living with 2 foster fur sisters and my foster parents. It took me a few days getting comfortable with the girls as I was unfamiliar with other dogs. Now we nap next to each other, play tug of war with toys and run in the backyard together. My foster mom says I am low energy and very calm. I pretty much only bark if one of the other girls sees something that causes them to bark. I just want to make you happy and be near you! I walk on a leash just short of perfectly. I would benefit from a training class to enhance my very good manners and build my confidence. I am looking for someone that wants all of my attention and will give me kisses and hugs and love me forever!
Are you that person? Could I your sweet girl?
