Hi everyone! My name is Sunshine and I am a very sweet 5-year-old girl. I just recently finished treatment for heartworm and am now ready to find my forever home! I am good with dogs and cats. I also am good with kids. I am a curious dog who wants to see and smell everything! I am especially interested in squirrels and rabbits. I sure would love to have my very own yard. Oh, and I just love belly rubs!
I am housebroken. Like many Labs, I am very food driven. If I'm being honest, I can be a bit of a counter surfer. I am good in my crate if you have to leave me home alone. At night, I sleep in my dog bed. My foster family says I have a cute, quiet bark that I like to do when someone comes into the house. Otherwise, I'm a fairly quiet girl. I need some help working on sit, stay, down and come. I know these commands but need to continue working on them. I do tend to pull on the leash on walks so I will need some help with that, too! What can I say? There is so much to see and smell outside!!
