Hello there! My name is Shadow, and I’m the total package – handsome, bright, and full of personality! I’ve already perfected my “pose,” and I’m ready to melt your heart with it!

I’m an adventurer and know how to go up and down stairs like a pro! I also excel at walking on a leash and can even help you hold it while we stroll. How cool is that? I am potty trained. My foster mom says I’m a "quick learner," and I’ve already mastered "sit." We’re working on "down" and "stay," which are a little trickier, but I’m up for the challenge! I continue to learn from my foster siblings how dogs do things, and they’ve taught me a lot already.

I’m still getting used to my crate, but I promise I’m doing my best to adapt. It’s hard to be away from my foster family because I love hanging out with them, but they tell me the crate is my cozy little den where I can relax. I’ll get there soon!

I’m a curious little explorer and have already checked out the big field behind my foster home. So many fun smells, and I even saw a train pass by – I watched it without a fuss! I’d make a great travel buddy for outings or even trips to the beach. I also loved my bath, so I might like water too!

In my foster home, I’ve met a bunny and a kitty; they’re super interesting! I’m excited to become friends with them. I also adore being part of the dog pack. My foster sisters, who range in size from 20 to 70 lbs, are teaching me how to de-fluff toys, and wow, that’s fun! Car rides are one of my favorite things too – I love going through the drive-thru for a tasty puppuccino!

My foster mom works from home, and I’m an excellent coworker! I’ve been very well-behaved during her meetings, and I was even a big hit on my first Teams meeting. In person, I’m a little shy and might hide behind my foster mom when I first meet new people. But with some patience (and treats!), I’ll come out of my shell and show you how sweet and friendly I can be.

I’m very food-motivated, and I just need a little time to realize that new people are kind and trustworthy. I’m told I’m a joy to my foster family, and I’m eager to share my happy personality with you! I promise I’ll be the most loyal and loving companion once I get to know you. Come meet me – I guarantee you’ll fall for me at first sight!
