Hi, my name is Olive and I am sweet and playful 1.5 year old girl. I love to go on walks and take in all the smells. I also, get really excited about squirrels and other dogs.
I moved to Illinois from a shelter in Mississippi. Someone dropped me there when I was pregnant. After my babies were adopted, I didn’t really get shown and MLRR rescued me! I can sit, I can shake, and I am learning stay. I have had a couple accidents in the house, but I am learning! My foster mom says it may just be a transition from kennel life to house life.
After a long walk I like to play with my foster mom and toys. I use my crate and barely bark. Every now and then my puppy tendencies come out and I try to sneak my foster mom’s slipper or sock, but if she says, “No!” I drop it and sit for her to pet me. I just want to play and be pet. I play with tennis balls, squeak toys, ropes and kongs.
My foster mom has started calling me sweet pea because she says I am just the sweetest girl. I have a distinguishing look: pink bottom gum, fur that looks like velvet, and a supermodel figure; tall and slender. What do you think - could I be your furever dog?
