🐾 Hi, I'm Macaroni!

I spent some time in a shelter, and I'll be honest with you... I did not love it. It was loud and scary, and I did a lot of hiding 😟 But then MLRR came for me! 💙 I rode off to a foster home, and it turns out home life is pretty great.

I'm a handsome, loving boy who is smart, very observant, and quick to learn. 🧠 I know my name, and when you call me, I'll drop what I'm doing and come running. I already understand "no" and will stop when you tell me. I notice everything around me. I've spotted myself in the mirror, I sometimes watch TV 📺, and I've even caught my own shadow!

More than anything, I want to make you happy. I'll look at you with love and do my best to make you proud of me. 🥰 I can be a little nervous when I first meet you, and loud noises can scare me, so give me a little time to feel safe. Once I trust you, you'll see just how affectionate I am. I love putting my head in your lap for pets, curling up next to you for naps 😴, and simply being close to my people.

I do great with other dogs, and I absolutely love my foster siblings! 🐶 They've been teaching me all about living in a home, taking walks, and being a good boy. I love my toys and playing catch 🎾, and I'm finding out how fun walks can be, since I didn't get many at the shelter. I'm happy exploring outside 🌳, but I'm just as happy hanging out indoors with you.

I'm still a puppy, so I'll need you to keep guiding me. I'm eager to learn, eager to please, and I have so much love to give. If you'll teach me and love me, I promise to stick by your side through thick and thin. 🤞
