Hi there, I’m Mollie! If you're looking for a low-maintenance, affectionate companion, I’m the one for you. I’m a petite 45-pound chocolate lab with a few adorable white chin hairs—just like my foster mom! I may be five years old, but I’ve still got plenty of playfulness left in me.
I absolutely love my walks, and that’s when my silly side shines through. Sometimes I get tangled in the leash (hey, it happens to the best of us!), but my foster mom says it’s no big deal. The other day, I spotted a squirrel, and I really wanted to chase it. I got so close, but my mom called out “STOP!” and I listened right away! She even promised to take me to Petco so I can pick out a squirrel toy to channel my energy!
When it comes to treats, I’m a lady! I take them gently, and I’ve been told I have the softest mouth. I don't beg, but I do appreciate a tasty snack now and then!
Here’s a big one: I am housebroken! I’ve been perfect with my potty habits since I arrived, and I haven’t had a single accident indoors. My foster mom says that’s the bee's knees!
I’m a pretty easy-going girl. Sometimes I sleep in my crate, but I prefer to curl up at your feet for a cozy nap. When I first arrived, I was a little nervous and timid, but I’m growing more confident every day. My foster mom says I’m the sweetest, and I love getting big body rubs—especially on my soft ears!
I’m super laid back and love relaxing, but I also enjoy the company of cats and would love to find a home where I can take long naps and get all the love I deserve.
