Hi - my name is Charlie! If you’re looking for a sweet little pup to be your best friend, then I’m your guy. I used to live in a place called New Mexico with a bunch of other dogs. There were no humans around, so I feared people at first. Since I’ve been with my foster people, I’m learning that humans can be pretty awesome - they always have something good to eat!
I have learned so much since I’ve been here! I am house and crate trained (though I do great sleeping through the night on a dog bed in the human’s room). I sit, obey commands, and I am doing great on the leash! I LOVE going for walks, going to the park, and playing in the snow. I like to quietly chew on a Nylabone, but I also love to play with the other dogs that live here, and to race around the yard.
I’m still a little cautious with new people but just need a little time to get to know you. I am ready to find my forever family – someone who I can shower with love and snuggle up with on the couch.
