Adopted!
Hello!! My name is Sir Charles, but you can call me Charlie! I am a 90-pound Lab/Great Pyrenees mix with lots and lots of love to give. The vet says I am around 1.5-2 years old, so I am still full of energy and playfulness! In between all that playing, I love to take naps or follow you around the house. While I love to be in the same room as my family, I like to have my own space when I’m sleeping (I am not a huge snuggler, but I’ll show you love in so many other ways!). I am such a smart boy, too! I know how to sit, stay, give my paw, roll over, wait for my food, and kennel up. I love to do my tricks for you, especially if you have one of my favorite snacks!
I am my foster family’s first dog and they tell me all the time how lucky they are to have me. They are pretty sure that I had a family before I was rescued from a shelter by MLRR because I am such a good boy! I am housebroken and crate trained, and I rarely bark. I LOVE to play with all my toys and run around the house. My foster family does not have a fenced in yard so when I go outside I have to be on a leash, otherwise I would run around the neighborhood looking for new friends! I would be so EXCITED if you had a fenced-in yard, because then I could run around and play with you all day long! I absolutely love to be outside and go on walks; I look forward to one every day! I am still working on certain parts of my leash manners; I do not pull for the most part, but sometimes I see little creatures/other people and want to be their friend so I try to run to them. I am very strong, so you have to be ready for anything with me!
I have never met a person that I didn’t like, and everyone I’ve met loves me too! They say I’m the sweetest, most handsome dog they have ever met. I’m hoping that I can find a furever family that loves my goofy personality. Could it be yours? I can’t wait to meet you!
